We’re seeking a dynamic candidate to provide leadership as the Regional Director of Career Services. This vital role will support campus locations in Central, Northern and Southern California. At the core of this vital role is the implementation and management of a career placement model that provides the foundation for connecting students and graduates to employers, directly impacting IEC’s ability to exceed graduate placement goals. Under the leadership of IEC’s Vice President of Career Services, the Regional Director of Career Services functions as a leader within the Career Services vertical, ensuring the achievement of objectives for the regional career services team. Among the most important goals are the extern-to-hire ratios, achieving placement targets mandated by accreditors on a monthly basis, steady and consistent improvements in extern-to-hire performance, and the overall productivity at each of the campus locations within the region. The Regional Director of Career Services is a key contributor to IEC’s career services special projects and initiatives, and serves as a mentor, training and coaching the region’s career services management and staff.
